Privacy information for RapidMed website, pharmacy account, and delivery operations.

1. Scope

This policy applies to the RapidMed public website, pharmacy accounts, pharmacy verification, delivery operations, driver operations, tracking utilities, public forms, and related RapidMed services.

2. Information RapidMed may process

Business and account information may include pharmacy name, contact information, accreditation information, authorized representative information, billing contact information, verification status, and verification documents where requested.

Delivery information may include destination, recipient information where required, operational contact details, delivery instructions necessary for completion, proof/status/exception information, and return information where applicable.

Driver and operations information may include route assignment, delivery events, route-scoped location data during active work where enabled, and device, security, and audit data as appropriate.

3. Purposes

• Account verification and authorized representative confirmation
• Service provision, dispatch, delivery status, proof, and returns
• Billing, account administration, and customer support
• Security, authentication, abuse prevention, audit, and incident handling
• Service improvement and operational planning
• Legal, regulatory, contractual, and safety obligations where applicable

4. Minimum necessary information

RapidMed seeks to restrict access to and use of information to what is reasonably necessary for authorized operations, account administration, service delivery, security, and applicable legal or contractual purposes.

5. Driver access

Drivers should receive only operational information necessary for assigned work, such as route details, destination, contact information required for delivery, delivery instructions, handling requirements, and proof or exception steps where applicable.

6. Location data

Route-scoped location information may be processed during active RapidMed route execution. It may be used for route operations, arrival detection, safety, audit, and operational analytics where applicable. RapidMed does not state that drivers are tracked 24/7.

7. Verification documents

Verification documents are restricted-access records used for account verification, business review, and related operational eligibility decisions. RapidMed does not use public object URLs for normal document disclosure.

8. Service providers

RapidMed may use service providers required to operate the platform, website, communications, hosting, security, billing, delivery operations, and support functions, subject to appropriate safeguards.

9. Retention

Records are retained for periods reasonably required for operational, contractual, security, regulatory, legal, audit, dispute-resolution, and business-continuity purposes, subject to applicable policies and law.

10. Security

RapidMed uses controls such as role-based access, restricted document access, authentication, operational workflows, and audit activity where applicable. No website or operational system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

11. Public form caution

Please avoid submitting full patient charts, prescription history, health-card details, diagnosis information, or other unnecessary personal health detail through public forms.
