Terms for using RapidMed's public website and online services.
These Terms apply to use of RapidMed's public website, inquiry forms, pharmacy account registration, tracking utilities, and other public online features. Additional terms may apply to Pharmacy Portal access and delivery services.
Drafted for operational use and subject to applicable agreements and law.
Effective date: July 4, 2026
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using RapidMed Logistics Inc.'s public website or public online services, you agree to these Website Terms of Use to the extent they apply to your use.
Separate Pharmacy Portal Terms may apply to authenticated Pharmacy Portal users. A written quotation, service schedule, master services agreement, statement of work, or other negotiated agreement may also apply to specific delivery services. If a negotiated agreement conflicts with these Terms for the same subject matter, the negotiated agreement controls for that subject matter.
RapidMed's handling of personal information is described separately in the Privacy Policy and, where applicable, additional account, service, or contractual documentation.
2. About RapidMed
RapidMed Logistics Inc. provides pharmacy delivery and healthcare logistics support. Depending on the account, route, service area, operational review, and agreed terms, RapidMed may provide or discuss scheduled routes, same-day requests, urgent or time-sensitive requests, backup or overflow coverage, delivery status records, and proof-of-delivery workflows.
Public website descriptions are general information. Service availability, handling requirements, pricing, and operational commitments are subject to review, confirmation, and applicable agreements.
3. Eligibility and Business Use
Public business forms and pharmacy account registration are intended primarily for authorized business or organizational users, including pharmacy, clinic, long-term care, healthcare, logistics, procurement, and related operational contacts.
If you submit information for an organization, you represent that you are authorized to provide that information and to communicate with RapidMed about the request. Pharmacy account registration does not automatically prove authority, create approved operational access, or authorize delivery submissions.
4. Public Forms and Inquiries
RapidMed's public forms may include Request Delivery Help, Talk to RapidMed, partnership inquiries, feedback forms, driver application forms, and other public contact or intake forms.
Please provide accurate information and only the information reasonably needed for the inquiry. Public inquiry forms should not contain unnecessary patient, prescription, medication, health-card, diagnosis, or health-record details.
Submitting a public form does not guarantee service acceptance, create a binding delivery contract, or require RapidMed to accept a request. RapidMed may contact the submitter to review the request, ask for clarification, or decline requests that are incomplete, unsupported, unavailable, unsafe, or outside RapidMed's current operating scope.
5. Pharmacy Account Registration
The Create Pharmacy Account process is an application and onboarding process for pharmacy account access. Registration does not create automatic approved delivery access.
RapidMed may verify organization and contact information, request additional information, review duplicate or conflicting records, and approve, reject, suspend, or require corrections based on legitimate security, operational, verification, service, account-integrity, or legal considerations.
Account activation is subject to RapidMed review. RapidMed controls commercial classification, account status, operational status, service plan, and verification status. A pharmacy's stated support interest is non-binding and does not allow the pharmacy to self-designate contract-active status, enterprise status, approved status, or any other commercial or operational classification.
6. Account Credentials
Users involved in public registration, email verification, password setup, password reset, or account onboarding must provide accurate information and protect login credentials.
Accounts must not be shared with unauthorized persons. Suspected compromise, unauthorized access, or incorrect account information should be reported promptly. RapidMed may restrict access, require password reset, require re-verification, or take other reasonable security steps where needed.
7. Public Tracking
RapidMed's public tracking utility is privacy-limited and intended for users who have received an assigned tracking reference. Tracking information may be delayed, incomplete, or updated as delivery events are processed.
Tracking status is not a guarantee of an exact arrival time. Users must protect tracking references and must not attempt to access another person's or another organization's delivery information.
8. Secure Uploads
Where RapidMed provides a public or token-based secure upload entry point, it must be used only for authorized operational purposes. Upload only information you are authorized to provide and avoid unnecessary information.
Do not upload malware, unlawful material, unrelated content, credentials, payment-card data, or information that is not reasonably needed for the operational request. RapidMed may reject, quarantine, remove, or decline to process unsafe, malicious, unsupported, expired, unauthorized, or incomplete uploads.
Technical acceptance of a file or form submission does not mean RapidMed has accepted a delivery request, service obligation, or commercial arrangement.
9. No Medical Advice or Emergency Service
The public website and online services do not provide medical advice. RapidMed does not diagnose, treat, prescribe, or provide clinical decision-making through the website.
The public website, inquiry forms, tracking utility, and upload entry points are not emergency services. If there is immediate danger or a medical emergency, contact appropriate emergency services.
10. Service Availability
Service availability varies by route, geography, timing, capacity, handling requirements, weather, road conditions, safety considerations, staffing, regulatory constraints, and other operational factors.
Submission of a request does not guarantee acceptance. Quoted or discussed timelines may require confirmation. Urgent or time-sensitive requests are subject to operational availability and review.
11. Pricing and Commercial Terms
RapidMed may offer pharmacy account setup with no account setup fee where currently offered. This does not mean delivery services are free or that any free-account offer will remain available indefinitely.
Delivery charges may apply to completed services. Pricing may depend on applicable rates, quotation, service schedule, contract, accepted commercial arrangement, delivery requirements, route structure, service area, and other agreed terms.
Negotiated agreements may control pricing, invoicing, service levels, insurance, special handling, contract terms, data-handling schedules, termination, and liability terms where they apply.
12. Acceptable Use
You must not use the website or public online services to:
- violate law or another person's rights;
- attempt unauthorized access to accounts, portals, systems, data, routes, tracking references, upload links, or another organization's information;
- bypass authentication, access controls, rate limits, verification checks, or anti-abuse controls;
- probe, scan, test, or attack RapidMed systems without written authorization;
- scrape, harvest, overload, interfere with, or disrupt the website or public services;
- introduce malware, malicious files, harmful code, or deceptive content;
- impersonate another person or organization;
- submit fraudulent account registrations, delivery requests, applications, or inquiries;
- abuse tracking references, secure upload links, feedback forms, or public contact channels; or
- upload content you are not authorized to provide.
13. User-Submitted Information
You remain responsible for the accuracy, lawfulness, authority, and appropriateness of information you submit. You should avoid unnecessary sensitive information in public forms.
You do not transfer ownership of your submitted information to RapidMed. You grant RapidMed the limited rights reasonably needed to receive, process, route internally, review, respond to, secure, audit, and operate the requested website, account-registration, tracking, upload, inquiry, application, or service-related function.
14. Privacy
RapidMed's handling of personal information is described in the Privacy Policy and, where applicable, additional account, service, or contractual documentation.
These Terms do not replace privacy notices, consent requirements, contractual privacy terms, or legal obligations that may apply to specific services or accounts.
15. Intellectual Property
The RapidMed name, logos, website design, original website text, graphics, interfaces, software elements, and other RapidMed-created content are owned by RapidMed or used under permission.
You may not copy, modify, misuse, scrape for republication, remove branding from, or represent RapidMed branding or website content as your own, except as permitted by law or with written authorization. Third-party materials remain the property of their respective owners.
16. Third-Party Services
The website and public services may rely on or link to third-party services, such as hosting, content delivery, font or asset delivery, email delivery, security or human-verification tools, mapping or browser utilities, and external websites.
Third-party services may have their own terms and privacy practices. RapidMed is not responsible for third-party websites that are not controlled by RapidMed.
17. Website Availability and Changes
The public website and public features may change over time. Maintenance, outages, network issues, browser issues, third-party service issues, or operational changes may affect availability.
RapidMed may modify, suspend, or discontinue public website features where reasonably needed for operations, security, legal compliance, service improvement, or business reasons.
18. Disclaimers
To the extent permitted by law, the public website and public online features are provided on an "as available" basis. Public content may contain errors, omissions, or information that becomes outdated.
RapidMed does not guarantee that a public inquiry submission, account-registration application, tracking lookup, upload, or other public request will result in service acceptance, account approval, delivery completion, or a particular operational outcome. Tracking estimates, timelines, and statuses may change.
19. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, RapidMed is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the public website or public online services.
Applicable law may limit exclusions or limitations of liability. Separate negotiated agreements may contain different liability terms for delivery services, portal use, or commercial relationships.
20. Indemnity
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to be responsible for losses, claims, or expenses arising from your unlawful misuse of the public website, unauthorized submissions, infringement caused by user-provided content, fraudulent registration or impersonation, deliberate security abuse, or malicious uploads.
This section is intended to be interpreted reasonably and in a business-use context.
21. Suspension or Restriction of Access
RapidMed may restrict public or account access where reasonably necessary for security, suspected unauthorized access, misuse, fraud, legal requirements, operational risk, abuse prevention, or material breach of applicable terms.
Where appropriate, RapidMed may request corrections, verification, or additional information before restoring access.
22. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and the applicable federal laws of Canada.
Subject to any different terms in an applicable negotiated agreement, disputes related to these public Website Terms should be brought before the courts or other appropriate forums in Ontario, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
23. Changes to these Terms
RapidMed may update these Terms from time to time. The updated effective date will be posted on this page.
Where required or appropriate, material changes may be communicated through website notices, account notices, email, or other reasonable channels. Authenticated account users may be asked to re-accept materially changed Pharmacy Portal Terms separately.
24. Severability and Relationship to Other Terms
If a provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue where permitted by law.
These public Website Terms, together with incorporated public policies, govern public website use. Separate Pharmacy Portal Terms, signed agreements, service schedules, statements of work, purchase terms, or other accepted commercial arrangements may supersede conflicting public Terms for their subject matter.
