RapidMed Logistics Inc. (“RapidMed,” “we,” “our,” “us”) provides healthcare-focused courier and logistics services for pharmacies, clinics, long-term care (LTC) homes, and other healthcare partners in Ontario.

• You agree to use the website in a lawful manner and not to interfere with its operation or security.
• You agree not to attempt unauthorized access to any systems, portals, or data.
• We may suspend or restrict access if we believe misuse or security risk is occurring.

4) Requests, quotes, and scheduling

Any contact form submissions, calls, or emails are requests for information. Services, availability, pricing, and timelines are subject to confirmation by RapidMed. We may require additional onboarding steps for healthcare partners.

5) Tracking

If tracking is provided, it is intended to show operational status updates and may be limited for privacy and security reasons. You are responsible for safeguarding any tracking IDs or references shared with you.

6) User-submitted content (forms and feedback)

• You agree not to submit unnecessary sensitive medical or prescription information through public forms.
• You represent that the information you submit is accurate to the best of your knowledge.
• We may use feedback to improve operations and service quality, consistent with our Privacy Policy.
